Turns out the freq thing isn't a problem, only need 1000 watts max, and it's for use in Serbia, not Russia.

Decided not to go fancy and just get what I needed.

I'll let you know in a few weeks how it works out. Worse case I wasted $44 and I'll have to end up buying some kind of European monitor, which is relatively cheap over there. Had some one over there quote me some prices.
well the frequency can be an issue if your electronics aren't made to support it, but from my usual reading the labels on things, most modern electronics support both.

Yeah everything says 50/60 hz that I use. Most modern electronics are.
