its a remake, HD update to the GC version of the game.
same type of combat and stuff, but completely unrelated story.

I think there is another "Tales Of..." game out for ps3

well you didn't say PS3 game...

Only thing I can think of that would probably be decent is either a tales game.

If you're into a PSP game, wild arms XF should be half decent, I've only played 2 and 3 (psx ps2 respectively) but enjoyed them both.
