Gonna give it a try for a day, then might just switch back to 7. I hesitated on the release of 8, and good thing I did 8.0.1 was a mess, lol. Should have just left it.

Today I found a picture I've been looking for for some time now. It's been 7 years... (since it was taken, not that I've been looking for it).

I will almost never browse this site (or other forums) on my phone, it's just way too tedious.

Not to mention trying to post, I mean I've done it but eww...

Then again I need to switch to another browser on my phone, or reinstall firefox.

Oh ***, I haven't even tried the browse and post on here yet with 8.

Although I use Mercury for that, so hopefully it'll be fine.

So far the only annoyance is that recent call thing to switch apps. It's a little laggy too.

Ok well Mercury still runs nice and fast, so that's a relief.

It's been tedious from several different phones, the screen is just too damn small and I'd hate to do it from a non-physical keyboard, and I even have one and it's still a pain.

I barely use my phone most of the time, but I'm almost always at a computer.

If it weren't for my XI addiction I think I'd stop giving my money entirely to SE, and I'd like to say that's coming close, but nope.

Oh XI doesn't bother me at the moment, it probably will when I'm caught up to current content, but I'm still a long way away from that.

I kinda have a Wii-U but it's not here.

I also have a crapton of games, but they're kinda scattered in my giant mess right now, it's what happens when one moves like 5x in a few years. I should honestly sell everything I have pre-PS2 as I can emulate the rest 100% (PS2 is still rather spotty, that and I can at least hook it up via a component cable, that and I'd like to have a physical box to read the ps2/psx memory cards, as I also have a DexDrive for PSX cards, etc.

I just started doing assaults though, and that will keep me entertained for at least a little bit, then I have to do wotg (had just cleared ToAU), as well as ranking up in Campaign, then on to the mini bullshits, then to abyssea.

Honestly if I had more focus, I could do campaign and stuff during the day when I'm waiting for tags, as well as dyna and start doing salvage, I'd also like to do some sky/sea at some point, as while I was around for sky, and did a few runs back in the day, never did it too much (some would say I'm lucky in that regard I'm sure).

On another note, did CnT and I drive off Uri or something? he's been mia.

Also the sad part is: the vast majority of that I've collected before I was 18, some of the multiples and the newer stuff no, but a lot of it I've just kept.

I am going to question myself if I do get rid of my top loading NES though, just because it's cool.

I sold my copy of Mega Man X2 for like $70 on ebay awhile back, I think that's about the priciest item I owned.

Well I used to have the bazooka, but I let my friend borrow it and his landlord sold/tossed all his ***and that with it.

But my stuff would probably fetch a decent price if I bundled it all. I gotta keep at least 2 controllers though, for my usb adapter, there's just something about the feel of that controller vs others when playing those games.

I keep forgetting that I have a bin filled with the boxes and manuals.

According to my ebay search of about 8 minutes ago, $20 can get you a whole scope, or just the lens.

I just hope that stuff my friend had went to a pawn shop or something and not the trash.

and yeah there's a lot of custom-case makers out there now with custom box art and the like, what I find funny is that some people try to get people to buy the art when it's easily printable yourself.

But there will always be people trying to scam others.

Like this one guy locally who keeps buying used 360's that aren't working (in this case the star wars model) and gets another 360 that does work and swaps the cases and tries to sell it as a NIB star wars 360 for some ridiculous price.

Called him out on it too.

These websites greatly amuse me.

I wish for their creators to be put into a pit and made to do battle against each other. Whoever wins, has their cause championed and pushed to new heights.
