I thought it was too heavy in the Family Guy department. The jokes were too crude and it was waaaaaaay too violent to be on the same par as The Simpsons. I wish Seth McFarlane knew more than Blue humor.

That was kinda the point of the episode I think and i liked the most. They were implicitly poking fun at the Simpons throughout the entire episode. Especially when peter says "I'm over the Simpsons" or when he says "It’s not a rip-off of Duff, It might be inspired by Duff, but I like to think it goes in a different direction."

The problem I have with Family Guy these days is that they drag jokes out far too long and they just become boring, they need to move on to the next bit a bit earlier
