Take melatonin and meditate for like 15-30min before you sleep and you'll likely have pretty vivid dreams. Meditation helps me lucid dream, the melatonin just makes them more vivid. Dream interpretation isn't scientific but it can be helpful in my experiences

You cannot not dream; we don't remember something like 95% of what we dream, maybe more, but we always do. As long as there's a rem.

Lucid dreaming is a most mind opening experience. It's very hard to not lose control though..I know there are some tricks, but sometimes I just can't keep it, it's extremely difficult.

I was amazed back in college to discover this was a thing with a name. I rarely can control dreams, but I'm almost always aware I'm dreaming.

I'm sorry to hear that drac, I know how it is. We had to put one of ours to sleep a few months ago, made me feel like a horrible person.
