Slept like crap last night, migraine this morning, just did 3 hours of messing with the ambulances for daily check off stuff, still have work related items that need to be done, and have school stuff that needs to get taken care of before my test tomorrow...
Think I'm gonna just colapse next to Seha and try to nap before the 500,000 calls I have to run per usual on the day before a test at school.

I have made zero progress on Alex recently. I have been completely burnt out on XI and RL has been a bit hectic. Haven't even made ls events the past few days. @.@

Oh, yeah. I'm not really "discouraged" per se. At least not more than anyone else who's swimming through 30,000 Alex the legit way (I'm not coming down as too judgmental at people who used the recent exploits, I've just put too much time into my character to risk losing it in that fashion...though I think those of us who haven't exploited have a right to feel a little more validated, at least).
I'm just really tired of farming farming farming. And the worst part is that I know I won't be done just because I finish this weapon. I'll probably either dive right back in to another or get back into Dynamis or VW really hard to make another weapon. Because if you're not working on some project in XI, you'll go mad.

Like I said, I've still got around 9000 Alex and the trials/ZNMs to do...and I'm already trying to decide my next course of action.
Thinking of really changing it up. Branching out of my traditional samurai/corsair path for the next thing. I dunno though, we'll see what happens.
yeah i'm pretty burned out on farming this one (never again I swear this is the last!), and i was a bit mad about the recent exploit people got away with cause i've been making these the hard way.
I'll probably take a farming break for a month+ then have to go grind out an idris or something to give me a nice 6+ month goal again.
There isn't really any more mythics I care to make, i'm just not a 2h dd person, no matter how godly a ryu/koga/whatever is.

current goal is to get full ares+1 and 119 caladbolg then afk in town
Considering Liberator if I do another Mythic. I haven't played much Dark Knight since the Voidwatch days though, and was never a REM DRK with the exception of 85 Caladbolg in the Abyssea era.
We'll see what happens.
Edit: Though truthfully, chances are if I do another Mythic, it means my wife is going to as well because she'll just do all the kills and assaults with me, and since I'm a gentleman, I'd insist we do whatever she's making first. So...it'd be 2016 probably before I had another. XD
