Minigun i believe
and I think it is usually has a stand, or sis mounted up on boats, planes, helicopters, cars, bikes, etc.
It's called a "minigun" which is short for mini Gatling gun
the one in the back is a pistol grip and the handle in front is part of the cradle assembly
