Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
How everyone sees Kitty

We paid $29,000 for it brand new 0 miles. As of today it has ~50k miles on it. It's paid off. A tire set costs about $1100 and that's in the cheaper range. The fronts are usually $300 a piece and the backs about $450. Mileage warranty is a *** to find too because the front and back tires are two (I think) sizes different, so you can't rotate your tires, thus my back ones burn up a lot faster. Already replaced 2 in the last year AFTER buying a whole new set... Once my fault, other one I have no idea how it happened. Oil change is like $70 with synthetic mobile 1. Premium gas is like ~$3.70 and I get like... 18-20 mpg highway. To drive to my mom's place and back (total of 2 hours) I use half a tank of gas. When it takes $60 ish to fill up, that's a lot. Any maintenance is a ***. Someone hit my car 2 years ago and we spent probably 4-5k fixing it. OVERALL, what you guys think? Would it benefit me to just trade her in for something mileage and money friendly? Family friend that owns a car dealership took our VIN and checked it out and said it'd be worth every bit of $20,000 if we sell it ourselves and not through a dealership. I sold my car and bought a bicycle.
Honestly, I'd never use something like a Camaro as a primary vehicle anyways.

I am incredibly impressed, even though I know he's beat the game like a thousand times already. Valefor.Endoq said: » I sold my car and bought a bicycle. I probably wouldn't sell my car, but I've been thinking about getting a bicycle, better for me, and doesn't cost gas. My car is so old I don't have to pay taxes on it anymore, and I don't have my license right now anyway. When I get my federal back, I'm ordering a bicycle online, then going to put it together. Yeah that's what I've been thinking. I just can't justify those costs anymore plus it'd be nice to be able to take a drive to Dallas without paying in gas the same I'd pay to spend the entire weekend there. /headdesk
just be careful that you don't get duped! 50k miles isn't a lot on a performance engine, can get quite a large amount of the original value out of it probably.

YouTube Video Placeholder Don't expect to get very much out of it, it's really more for humor than anything. Shiva.Azraelina said: » Yeah that's what I've been thinking. YouTube Video Placeholder Don't know what it is about drums, but I love them. yea got anouther guy at work to pick up DS.. had to tell him to get the timing down and it will be a bit easyer lol, hes gone through a controller now playing it ;x
but hes going to get DS2 now I been thinking about buying a new car lately too, there's nothing ultimately wrong with mine at the moment, but it's just not quite what it used to be. As would be expected for a vehicle with 320,000 km on it (198000-ish miles). Like any honda it has head gasket problems and burns oil like crazy, usually fouls up spark plugs 2-3 times a year. cuts 100km off my mileage when that happens every time.
Planning on buying one of the newer Accords, probably a hybrid. In Ontario i don't have to get emissions testing for hybrid vehicles ever. :3 My car is 11 years old now, so the amount of miles on it aren't that surprising I guess.
My car gets like, 32 mpg in the mountains. Feels good.
Side note, temp restricted in D2 because joined games too fast. Zzzzzz. ლ(́◉◞౪◟◉‵ლ) I have a 92 Accord with 300k miles on it...
I don't know where to begin with my car, it's dying :c
98 Altima!
hmm, I wonder what's up with my laptop, XI keeps crashing. Did it once, so got back in, homepointed, went to go finish quest, d/c'd>crashed, so shut the VM down, rebooted, did a file check, both POL and XI look clean.
I'll try restarting the laptop next. Odin.Minefield said: » I don't know where to begin with my car, it's dying :c I just put another zip tie on my back bumper, the one holding it up before finally ripped through the rust. |
