Mm, I wonder if stressed people actually benefit from smoke though, because the more you are the more you're gonna consume of it aren't you? It feels a bit counterproductive.
A lot of the things people do to feel better is counterproductive. Even some of the medicines they take.
Vaping > actual cigarettes, wish more people would switch to that. It smells pleasant, doesn't give anyone contact cancer, and can have the same or more nicotine in it as a cigarette. Plus it's cheaper. Satisfies addiction and tastes/smells good!

idk if you didnt inhale anything or what but everybody gets a head rush body high whatever feeling from their first few, thats not placebo or peer pressure manifesting itself lol there are chemicals being absorbed into your blood doing stuff to your brain
I know almost nothing personally about smoking cigarettes/cigars but tolerance builds up fairly fast and then yeah its just addiction to nicotine

when I was smoking weed I'd chop little black and milds in half and hollow them out to pack with weed so I thought i wouldnt look so sketch and then I'd smoke the other half of the black and mild a few hours later and it'd leave my hands smelling so bad I'd about barf lol could have just been senses piqued but no amount of soap in the world got that off, kept the buzz going well though most of the time
