All it took was living 8 months with a friend that couldn't afford rent, and constantly needed favors which forced me to pay for his delinquency, adding up to $680+ and his unemployed, constantly pregnant, constantly passive aggressive, messy and disgusting as ***, antichrist girlfriend.

Honestly, I wasn't sure if I could afford living on my own. I was too uneasy and unsure of myself to even bother actually crunching numbers and doing the research to see if it was feasible. The sad part is, it totally was, I was just too chicken ***to carry through with it.
But now that I know what I'm capable of affording, I wouldn't have it any other way now.
