I really hope Lightning Returns is as bad-*** as the intro to the game..
I've seen walkthrough vids of the game from start to finish (japanese), I can't spoil anything for y'all, but I'd say it looks pretty decent.
Pretty much and to be honest, it is pretty short from what I can tell, maybe 15-20 hours?

Last night went to a place called Top Golf with some friends.
its basically a driving range with some cool features and stuff.
Played a game mode where you get points for making it as close to the flags as possible. (like 2-50 points) and if you hit the back net(215yards) you get like 50-75 points. For not touching a golf club in like 6 years, was proud that I hit the back net like 6 times xD

I really liked XIII. Through the majority of the story I hated Lightning, Vanille, and Hope. But more towards the end (Gran Pulse and onward) I came to really like them.
Was XIII as good as some previous titles? No. But it wasn't total crap imo.

Visuals aside. There were things about the story that had it's awesome moments. The characters did develop pretty well towards the end and the resolve some showed was pretty awesome at the very end.
But yeah, visuals were awesome.
My favorite thing about the game though was farming in Gran Pulse all the missions, omega, and ultima weapons.
Vercingetorix fight... Fun as hell. So was Attacus the Soulless.
