I'm psyched that Ryan Reynolds wants to do the movie and seems very interested in the source material but that means all of ***if the writers and Hollywood in general sets out to neuter Deadpool rather than letting him be the funny, controversial, insane but lovable merc with a mouth he is.
I stand where I did on Wolverine, another movie with a star that gives a ***about the source material: It will succeed or fail on the script.
