please tell me i don't have to give you another pep talk? i thought we've gone over how you're awesome.

remember that you hold all the cards. the kids want you to say something good, and the parents have no clue about what's going on. play it cool. just tell all the parents a generic compliment about their kid.


little johnny is a real whiz kid.

susie has shown some real improvement lately.

i'm really glad i got kelly in my class, she's always got something good to add to the discussion.

mike would get called on for more answers if he could put together a coherent sentence and stopped popping his collar like some mini douche.
So I was lied to all my educational career...
