Part of the appeal of drinking to me is sometimes you get a drink that tastes awful that is apart of drinking.
Very rarely would I ever find a drink I wouldn't touch just because it tasted bad.
With the exception of everclear. I won't touch a drink with everclear in it.

Guess we should define tasting "bad" though. I can't say I've ordered a drink containing liquor that just TASTES bad (I'm a gin/vodka fan and do get higher quality liquor at bars) but there have been times I've gotten drinks that weren't to my tastes (like certain fruity kinds.)
I won't send that back. I just won't order another one, and I'll try something else. I wouldn't be stupid enough to order something I know for a fact I won't like lol. I've actually had two of the best tasting mixes I've ever had just from asking the bartender to make me something they're good at and tastes sweet. (One being some crazy awesome drink with crushed blueberries in it!)

Yes when I say bad I mean too sweet sour etc not low quality spirits.
I thought about being a bartender then I realized I hate most people that go to bars. lol I don't know I still would like to try it though.

It takes me a while to warm up to people so I would probably come across as cold to a stranger. So it would be tough to form relationships with people I may or may not ever see again. So even if I was friendly it would come across as fake.
Then again most of the bars I've been to the bartender barely says hello. So it might not be a problem.
I think a lot of bartenders have the attitude that just pouring drinks you deserve a tip. Same with waiters / waitresses to me a tip is above and beyond basic service. You have to work for that not just show up.

Sister's best friend from high school is here for some reason. Being loud and obnoxious as hell. I don't like her. Why? Because she spent her teens, twenties, and thirties sleeping around, has caught and somehow cured several VDs, and has been arrested for indecent exposure for having sex in a car on the side of the road, yet she shames my niece on getting pregnant by her first and only partner, who is still with her, by the way. The marriage will be temporary the chance of divorce goes up very high after second marriage. So the marriage part won't be a problem.
