Aly! I need a mod!

Ok not really, but if you are awake and online, can I have a new rule? Can the new rule be that anytime anyone posts in the lol thread and their post has no pictures, that they get a new avatar for the rest of the day? And can their avatar be a harsh black box with red letters that say:

"I FORGOT HOW TO LOL PICS!"

And then at the next midnight, they get their real avatar back again? It would be like the Scarlet Letter, only not. OH! And the same for if they quote a picture and then ramble without posting a new picture. Yes?

It is still going on right now. They are demanding 15 bucks an hour almost double what they are earning right now...

Ahhh... last time I read up on that they were only asking for $10.50ish... they wouldn't have retention problems after that...

There was a strike at one of the hotels nearish where I live... It went on for 10 years... yes, 10 years before they finally settled it...

It all depends on how you want to run the company... Some companies do choose to pay their employees a better wage than their conterparts...
