Was wondering if anyone else here has had issues redeeming their pre-order code for FFXIV...
I keep getting error 2 >< So I find the chat support, I wait in line for like 2 hours...
and it tells me no agents are available (so ... they're basically telling me to *** off) yeah ... eat *** SE ... you can *** take your game and shove it up your ***. Offline

have you tried totally redoing that process to get a code? or whatever

1 858 790 7529 is the one i've been using.
did it tell you your code is invalid? or just the usual EA server failing ?

It gave me a code, I typed it in correctly. It just says it's invalid on the PS3 I tried entering my pre-order code on the 24th, to which I was greeted with countless Error 3s (please try again). So I tried again yesterday, only to have it now give me Error 2 (code already used). So essentially my pre-order goodies and early access got eaten up and my code is broken.
Also pretty hard to mess up the codes since it goes in order of 6 letters, 3 numbers, 6 letters and 3 numbers. And go figure, nothing but dropped calls from their number too. Oh well, time to twiddle my thumbs while I wait in queue. Only 170 to go! sure you where not getting the annoying Error 3 everyone else was getting ?
edit: where did you guys reserve it? can always contact Amazon/lamestop/store and tell them they code they provided was incorrect, and ask if they could provide you with a new one Pre-ordered and paid directly from SE's merch site. Wonder if they'll refund me if my code is broke. Cause if they don't give me a new one that works, I'll bug the ***out of em for one.

They do a good job at hiding it, and make only the most unhelpful and slowest form of contact available. I love how the most common response from SE support to those that never received their pre-order code email is "Check your spam folder." Update: Go figure. I go to their official NA web merch store, and support/contact brings me right back to their general SE support center whom I have already contacted and promptly never got help from. /sigh, shoulda called this game A Realm Stillborn.
Think I'm going to avoid further headaches by simply making my chars tomorrow, unsubsribe, head back to vana'diel and wait til SE has their ***put together for XIV. In the meanwhile, I sure as hell better get a working pre-order code. I want my moogle hat and cait sith doll damn it. Will there ever be another piece of gear with TH on it..
