I don't use yeast in my dough, so it is all flakey... more like a biscuit than pie dough. That and I don't have to wait and ***for it to rise and can just mix it, wrap it, and fry it.
Body fat successfully messured. Little bit higher than I had guessed but tweaked the workout,and added lots of cardio.

I just assumed steroids were illegal.
Synthol is a perfect example of heavily frowned upon stuff.
I'm nowhere near as advanced as I probably sound. I take 3 supplements and thats it. 1 is a preworkout drink for extra energy and concentration/focus. 2 is an alternate to #1,drink during the workout to have a similar effect to #1 (I dont take both on the same day,1 or the other). 3 is post workout protein powder. Or another shake during the day if I'm low on a snack/meal/protein intake.
I dont want anything that can damage my body or health,just to take a fake/quick shortcut
I wish I had the drive to go to the gym, all I do is a mile or 2 on the treadmill after work. Never gonna be zyzz status :(

I cant stand cardio (except swimming) which sucks because I need to do alot of cardio now to burn off the fat. Turned my workouts from A-B-C (muscle building) to X-Y-Z (fat loss/toning) to help with it too. So starting probably tomorrow,swimming first thing in the morning and weights later. Till FFXIV hits and I slide bad xD
Edit: Still gonna do my A-B-C workout tonight,because it's the last 2 days in my cycle >_>
