Got a call from the gym,the trainer I was booked in with for tomorrow for diet/nutrition stuff quit. Reason I picked him was he was the most physically fit trainer there. Not by much mind you....
Anyways they have a more qualifies person there in that field that can take my spot. Only problem is,she's a woman. But once the knowledge is all the same I suppose.
Got a call from the gym,the trainer I was booked in with for tomorrow for diet/nutrition stuff quit. Reason I picked him was he was the most physically fit trainer there. Not by much mind you....

Like I said,once she has the knowledge. Im just worried she'll be unable to help in the right dircetion.
