Actually, I think that's why I had I high break rate. I would lob the boxes down the aisle towards their location on the shelves rather than walk them down from the pallets. I remember one time I broke a bottle of ammonia and a bottle of bleach in the same aisle. We had to shut that one down for a few hours...

I miss playing DW split screen with someone... I used to do it with my cousins a lot when my uncle lived with us and they'd come to visit over holidays but no I have no one :/

Yeeeea that definitely wouldn't fly. We usually have 2-3 people breaking down pallets into stacks and then everyone else wheeling them to their respective aisles.

I hated facing and was horrible at it, myself. I was supposed to bring all the product forward and put the older stuff first, but I never did. I'd only bring two forward and move on. The facing thing is kinda ***, anyway. I remember once facing an aisle until it looked perfect only to come back to the aisle five minutes later and have it look pretty much destroyed.

If you want a retail version of this, I'd of rather sorted and alphabetized shelves at gamestop than answer the phone. True facts for any worker there.
Alphabetizing sounds fun. Then again when I'm at work I get OCD like that.

The phones.. I can just imagine the horrors.

we only usually worry about the date if it's something the perishes fast (like tortillas) otherwise we really don't care as long as we take a quick glance every now and then to make sure things aren't going bad. Other than that it's just double face and move on.

Why I also liked working in the mornings, too. Some people just were mean, but most were friendly, because they knew that I was forced to be up when they were.

Had a guy come in Spongebob pajama pants and showed me his Spongebob Christmas hat. Best guy ever.

But then working during the day and dealing with lots of idiots/asshats just ruins it. D:

I stopped calling places like that when I asked if they had KoToR for ps2 :( I felt so dumb when the guy was like "uh, they don't make it for ps2" never again. :|
