To them it read "Stares intently at you" which is very offensive in their culture I believe.

Watching through Yu Yu Hakusho makes you sometimes miss some of the voices from DBZ as well, not Kai, because #%@% Kai! Sabat as Vegeta and Kuwabara is just awesome...
