I think music, just like art, is subjective. Celine Dion is perhaps one of the greatest vocalists/musicians, and she didn't "create" her own stuff. I've seen her live several times, she and Tina Turner are up there as best concerts I've seen.

Gotta respectfully disagree with you there. In my humble oppinion, best concert i had ever been to was done over 300 nautical miles offshore in the persian gulf aboard CVN-65. Toby Keith flew out with his entire band and performed a full concert for us with some of his best songs. Every single one was something he wrote himself. Even changed some of the words of the songs mid concert to honor us, was awesome!

I agree it's always nice to deviate from whats super popular. Actually I really enjoyed Faith Hill/Tim McGraw at the Venetian. And no I'm not some Vegas show junky lol. Plus I got a good deal for room + tickets!

I know one of my teachers said on facebook (yeah I have some of my old teachers on facebook >.> that's totally not weird right?) that she was going to a pitbull concert (awhile ago ... but still) was so jelly lol.
