My old events shell offered a fairly decent points reward for Ghrah Chips and would actually set aside a couple nights every month or so to do nothing but spam Fort, not because we needed the virtues but because half the shell wanted the damn torque. They'd only ever seen two drop, both of which dropped before I joined the shell. They still hadn't seen a third by the time I left ~6 months later, and I haven't seen one since.

On an unrelated note, there was a family of feral cats (kittens <2 months old) hanging around the church my parents attend and apparently they're trying to find homes for them. My mom brought one of the kittens home Friday (not to keep) and I've been trying to tame it a bit. Slow progress though, this one is extremely skittish :(
