Any one had an epidural before? Or a spinal at all? I'm supposed to have one and reading pregnancy forums about them is a very bad idea because holy ***, horror stories. I wanna know how they are from someone that wasn't already in mass pain when they got it lol

I'd do a natural birth if I thought I could handle the pain..

my sisters both did! my younger one got it and she got so numb her legs were just like rag doll legs and people had to hold them up. my older sister it didnt numb as bad and she said she could still feel some pain in some areas. my cousin said when she got one only half got numb :I

plus both of my sisters said they would go 100% natural, then lolnope both got epidurals lol

I'm scared I'm gonna flinch from the pain like a dumbass and end up paralyzing myself or something. Mostly all I'm seeing is that getting one hurts really bad and my pain tolerance is basically none ><

C section is likely going to be the winner there if we go by pain lol It's either epidural or knock me out completely. I'm thinking with my anxiety about it all, 100% out would be best for everyone, but apparently they won't do that just cuz I ask them.
