I admit I give up a little too easy trying to get shiny Pokemon but ughhh I hate having to walk around just to get a normal Eevee >:|
Though some do have some ok stats :o

The only way I figured out is ... I was able to talk in Zone chat :p I think you have to be over 20hr to do that
