Well, it's really about preference. I like slow things like that, and I love how much the show mind *** me and I was constantly like "the hell is going to happen" all the time.
Hmm... would be interesting to drop the bass on this... lol
yeah, dropping any kind of bass on that music file will just reek of fish and nothing more... doesn't work.
Is this just going to be a blurb or a full blown song? It's got a lot of great features, and you even have a synthesized harmony. If anything, I'd say just change it to a bridge and maybe a chorus if you're feeling bold. Again, if it's just that little bit that you're going to have as a finished product, I'd say it's good. If you add too much, it'll sound worse. Sometimes the less complication it has, the better off it is.
I usually do a lot of blurbs and over time, they become full songs. My blurbs range from;
