Went to my teacher to talk to her about a conference i missed, and she takes me aside and has the slow, im-going-to-talk-to-you-like-you're-HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE speech about how she needs medical proof of my sickness because of my absences, which i offered previously and she declined.
Wouldn't have bothered me if she hadn't have used that tone like
trying to catch me in the act of lying/skipping class under false pretenses
And hadn't had looked so shocked when i cheerfully replied "sure...okay!" called my doctor and put the phone to her ear lol
