Do what? As long as it isn't named Sif I'd say yes :P There is a goblin in the Panda starting zone named Mikael Bay.. he wants you to get him dynamite xD cause.. you know.. Michael Bay irl likes explosions in his movies

There is also a Legend of Zelda quest in the game just with different named characters. You get the Sword of Mastering and Linken's Boomerang.

No idea but I think the same range as normal red invasions
The RSS have no level cap... I was summoned by a 600+ char...

Thanks for the spoiler, I didn't watch that episode >.> But yeah I wanted to punch her in the face all the time, especially for letting people go when they were trying to kill them. What the ***, really? She needs to play some Fallout and learn how to survive in a post apocalyptic world

There is a cap but it only works one way. You can invade/be summoned by anyone higher than you but can't invade/be summoned by people X number of levels below you. So he could summon you just fine but you wouldn't have been able to summon him.

I killed everyone in Fallout lol I let the ghoul's take over the tower and then killed them too. xD only thing I couldn't kill was Dogmeat because he's *** buff. Takes shotgun blasts to the face and doesn't even flinch.

I liked New Vegas more than 3, it just had a very different feel to it. Though I was a little disappointed there weren't more towns to visit.

if you put on a forest ring or a darkmoon ring, npc bosses can summon you to evil peoples worlds, telling you to murder them

It can happen even if you have a soapsign on the ground, if those rings are equipped and you're in the respective covenent
Well I never wear the ring :( (I've put it on to try and use it but I never got summoned :/)
Raenil said it was just a glitch that happens when trying to invade sometimes :S
