I guess it's like the first person to ever eat anything "meh, *** it." /nom Definitely gotta agree with abyss though lol, though the stuff on the right looks chocolate cake-ish. It has kind of a modeling clay texture to it lol, or a little like gingerbread. I'd make you try it at least >.>
Eh, I think black pudding's nice. Avoided it for years because I thought it looked and sounded gross, but now I have some almost every time I have a fried breakfast. :I

I don't like it :/ My sister would eat it after she came home from drinking though lol. She'd eat pyttipanna with sill and aioli >_> So weird Quote: Black pudding in the United Kingdom and Ireland is generally made from pork blood and a relatively high proportion of oatmeal. In the past it was occasionally flavoured with pennyroyal, differing from continental European versions in its relatively limited range of ingredients and reliance on oatmeal and barley instead of onions to absorb the blood Quote: Blodpudding is a traditional mediaeval dish still popular in Sweden. The exact proportions and ingredients varies from recipe to recipe as well as regional preference but generally the batter is made out of pig's blood, milk, rye or barley flour, diced lard, either beer or svagdricka. Svagdricka, literally weak drink in Swedish, is a form of sweet, low-alcohol small beer (less than 2.25% ABV). Other traditional Swedish food is pretty horrible imo lol, this is one of the few things I can stand. Bismarck.Dracondria said: » Ramuh.Urial said: » Pyttipanna for breakfast after you bake a ham!
