I would say following the pattern of EVERY other expansion, that this will be the case, but being so late in XI's lifespan (theoretically), I think to maintain members, they need often (even if small) updates to this content to keep interest.
WoTG was definitely the worst. There is no comparison. <.< I'm sure there will be updates to the content but the game would die if it's like WoTG was, lol.

I'm sure it's going to be 5 missions every few months, I don't see SE trying to push these out quickly. They want people to play it as long as possible, so they're going to stretch it out.

Stretch too far, this late in the game, and people will lose interest though I think. They need updates (not specifically to SoA content though) to flow in a relatively consistent manner.
