Well technically thats true I suppose in some ways. I still have my ancile in storage.But I gave away my 20 monts when I quit,along with my 3 mulcibar's scoria.I gave away everything I had when I quit that was tradable. ABC's,dyna coins, 200 HMP's,5 riftdross,all my gil,90 pieces of alex,consumables,novio,mars ring,basically EVERYTHING that I could trade,I gave away. To encourage me never to come back.
On the plus side though,if worse comes to worst,I still have the ancile and I'm still at 25000/30000 alex turned into the rat Noooo woke up super mega early again >:(
It's not terribly difficult to make most of that back really, can make 2~5m a day depending on how well you do in Salvage/Dyna, plus other stuff like mercs if you've got the patience. You seem to have most of the hard stuff set in stone already~
I was a strange player tbh. I didnt have the patience for most things in game. I didnt do dyna,so no gil there.My salvage static were giving me all the alex which I was turning in for my mythic every day,they just wanted gear and was only 5k pieces away from finishing too.Really all I ever did for gil was VW. Getting riftcinders to sell or body cells (only ever got 1 toci's cell though) and HMP/dross for myself. I never have the patience for most mercs really.Because its almost all abyssea stuff and I lose my mind farming the same few NMs over and over all day in a small group. Not to mention EU shells are basically non exsistant. I shoulda went to bahamut instead like I had originally planned.....
And I had basically no friends left.I was on a new server and only properly knew 1 person And of course,I've quit several times,I really REALLY want to stay gone this time. Hmmm. To go to sleep or stay up
![]() Mornin' all! So today on the way home I discovered an abomination that I can only describe as a slush and ice hybrid. It wasn't hard but just as slippery as wet ice. I discovered in the middle of the street when my foot made contact with it followed quickly by my ***. I quickly righted myself since being on the ground in the middle of the street is generally a bad idea, took two steps, wiped out again. I once again rise and four steps later I nearly go down again but manage to save myself and scramble across the street in victory over the

Had the weirdest thing happen tonight. I guy I kicked out said he was going to kick my *** tonight. I told him I would be leaving out the side door at 4 AM. I waited till 4:15. He nevered showed up?? WTF ??

You are right in asking BBB as he is the man for this but in the event that he's gone afk or w/e, I'll stick my 2 cents in. Basically, if you want to gain size, you need to be consuming more calories than you are burning. There is no specific number as it will be different to each individual based on size, daily routine, exercise rate etc so just stick to that rule. If you can, try to make it quality calories like low sugar carbs like potatoes and protein. It's equally important to be doing the right kind of exercise to encourage muscle growth. There is an amusing misconception amongst newbies and casuals that muscles spring out of nowhere by eating a lot and generally working out. It has to be heavy weight, low repetition work, it's also important to include the 3 major muscle group power lifts (squat, dead lift and bench press) to release muscle building hormone. BBB can most likely advise you more on that as it's not my area of expertise. First off,sagi you ***! Secondly! Pretty much (in some form or another) knew all of the above already,I was just curious about a number. For example I see everywhere saying "if you're burning 3500 a day without working out,aim for 500 less as your max and you're ensured to lose weight" so I wwas just seeing if there was a guideline similar to that for gains too is all! Now speaking of which,its time to go do 50 wide grip chin ups,50 dead lifts and 120 curls! And a few minutes of functional excercises too :D back laters! Hi guys! Happy Sunday!

If you're wanting sheer muscle mass and strength, lower those reps right down to no more than 6 per set and they should be hard to nail. Depends what you're working with of course, if you have light weights and no access to a gym you gotta improvise with more reps etc to get something from it. Asura.Abysswalker said: » Hi guys!
