hello everyone! i wanted to know how difficult would it be to duo/trio Amhuluk for +2 upgrade items?

Any suggestions on what job combination with what atmas to use?

MNK and WHM. That combo will pretty much handle a lot of what Abyssea has to throw at you.

MNK would probably want to go with (assuming 3 Lunar abyssites) Razed Ruin/Gnarled Horn/Sanguine Scythe.

WHM would probably go with Allure/Minikin Monstrosity/Rescuer.

does the terrain difference still work since the last update? i haven't seen anyone fight Amhuluk recently since the update.

It does not. just keep your distance and should be fine.
