Where does Ovni usually spawn? Or is it just anywhere in the zone. Is he seeable on widescan when in the air?

He's around #7 Conflux. No you can't see him on widescan unless he's on land.

Usually spawns in the little canyon type place, but CAN spawn anywhere amongst the Gigadaphina.
