You would still need to spend the perke on them because if you have the perks, when you upgrade the armor, It makes it even better. You could technically go loot the Dwarven area, Make a bunch of Dwarf Ingots, and Craft a fook-ton of Dwarven Bows, which are pretty simple to make... (when you get the right skill level) That, and they sell for alot, so you make more than your money back Which Dwarven area are you referring to? Err.. well more specifically...where are these dwarven areas exactly lol -.-
no idea, havent run into one yet myself

thief, archery is a stealth skill
Thanks!
Also, I wish you could have Lydia go fetch you some ingredients or something.... I'm either doinitwrong, or found a (bad) bug.
Now as far as I know, in Skyrim (as well as Morrowind and Oblivion), every 10 skill levels allows you to level up. But every now and then I gain a skill that gives very little towards my next level, and often times need more than 10 per level. I just hit 22, with my 252nd skill gain. If every 10 is a level, I should be 26, so atm it's almost as if 40+ skill levels have all been for nothing and will eventually cockblock me out of hitting max level (minus unfucking it with console commands, of course). I noticed this also when I started leveling smithing (which I am just now finishing to 100). When it was level 15, when i would level it up, it barely felt like the bar towards my character level was moving. Now every level I got with smithing seemed to move the bar like 1/6th or 1/8th or something. Maybe the character level goes up based on what level that skill was when you level'd it? Yeah, you get more EXP when the skill you've just leveled is higher up. One-handed from 80-81 will do a lot more for your level than smithing from 20-21.
So i just got smithing to 100, saved, then got max perks in smithing just to see what the damage and defense rating on everything is. So it seems like there is no reason to put perks on the left side (Light armor side) of the smithing perks because Daedric Bows are the highest damage, and Dragon armor is the best Light armor, which you can reach that perk from the right side anyway.
i guess no one ever read the link i posted regarding leveling =/
also i noticed that skyrim is the biggest leap in time, 200 years between oblivion and skyrim, whereas from arena to oblivion is only like 34 years I did read those links lol. I actually favorited it.... Anyways, it says that you can pay people to enchant things for you, I assume this wouldn't be as good as if you had 100 enchanting yourself?
Lover stone was a pain to find. Also horses have kick *** 4x4 abilities lol. How do i get the key to the college in winterhold?

And I got one from another one of those Liches called Vokun. His mask is 20% less magic used on Conjuration, Illusion, and Alteration spells. The perk for heavy armor weighing nothing... Feels good man.

Carbuncle.Lynxblade said: » Ok so I baught skyrim for ps3....., and it didnt work...well at least not for my ps3, I have a 150gig 1st generation, that came with Uncharted, Every game/dvd/bluray I have put on my ps3 has worked, until I got xmen first class on bluray, and only my ps3 wouldnt play for some reason, then today when i tried to play skyrim, It didnt work either, I tried it on my bro's ps3, and it worked fine, so did xmen first class. has anyone had a problem like this?, i think im going to send my ps3 in, and have them look at it, Btw, I played skyrim for about 4hours, and thought it was awesome, already Like it better then oblivion. The laser is going out on the disc reader. Same exact thing happened to me, just with different games/discs, some would work, some wouldn't, some would work only some of the time, some would get to the loading screen for like the main menu then just stop. You can replace it yourself for cheaper than sending it in if the warranty is dead on it and you're handy with electronics, it's not that hard, not any soldering or anything, you just have to take it apart and replace the laser which is as simple as unplugging the old one and plugging in a new one. There's plenty of guides on the internet on how to do it step by step, and guides to identify the exact laser you need. There's also a chance (a slim one) that the lens is dirty and needs to be cleaned, there's guides for that as well. Thanks for the info, gona buy a blu ray lens cleaner for ps3, and if that doesnt work, find a youtube video on how to replace it. It says you refine them twice as much with the perk. Therefore making them better. You can't make them Legendary status without the perk basically Odin.Daemun said: » Phoenix.Darriken said: » Odin.Daemun said: » Hurray for destroying all my good magic gear in order to learn the enchantments to put them on some decently crafted gear later on... The level of item quality are Fine, Superior, Exquisite, Flawless, Epic and Legendary. The Smithing level to unlock these qualities depends upon whether you have the perk unlocked associated with the item you are refining. Sylph.Beelshamen said: » The perk for heavy armor weighing nothing... Feels good man. Wait... So wouldn't this make Light armor basically useless? If the full Daedric set weighed nothing what benefit would LIght armor give you over Heavy armor? Phoenix.Darriken said: » Sylph.Beelshamen said: » The perk for heavy armor weighing nothing... That's why I went for heavy armor, with that perk in my mind. MAYBE it doesn't affect sneaking, but even then, it's pretty imba. I've only learned 3 shouts so far, and 2 of them are from the temple. ; ; I figured out how to do smithing (Thanks again guys) so now I'll just go kill a ton of deer/wolfs and buy some ingots and slowly skill up. Heavy Armor still drains your fatigue when sprinting or doing anything else a lot more. That's the main reason Light Armor is good.
