I may have to actually get the other DLC for skyrim now (hearth w/e... and I got the first piece uh ... whatever it was called I forgot :p... is there another piece?)
"did you think you were the only one? He was the first"
:O sexy! I notice no system info at the end though :/ bleh! PS3 PRZ xbox first probably, then PC... then ... yeah ... PS3 maybe if bethesda can figure out how to code.
I'll be getting it on pc,my xbox was my main copy until I got this pc 2 months ago, havent played much skyrim on there but now I'll have to,as well as buy both pc DLC's + this

I'll forever blame the ps3 hardware, just saying. While no multiplatform game's problems are as pronounced as skyrim, there are notorious ps3 hardware issues Dragonborn will allow players to craft new armor, travel to Solstheim, and fly dragons. Dragonborn will be available for download on December 4th for 1600 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE. No information has been given regarding availability or release dates for PC or PS3.
Items that have been hinted at in the patch files include: • Spears • Bonemold armor • Chitin armor • Nordic armor • Stalhrim armor A number of map markers have been added. Likely locations for them include: • Castle Karstaag (bottom right) • Raven Rock (right) • Telvanni Tower (top) New locations include: • Miraak Temple (top left) • Standing Stones (bottom left) In addition, a number of files have been added which suggest that Mounted Dragon combat will be added. The fault lies with bethesda. If they couldn't code for ps3 they should have never released for it. A whole buncha people bought skyrim expecting dlc on ps3 and will never get it.

I've always wished I could see an alternate timeline with skyrim not on ps3,and see how everyone reacted to that
The ps3 has woeful memory and the cell is a *** to code for. Sony and theit fanbase gambled with the hardware/system to back this gen,and lost. Sony are obviously not making the same mistake again. With the rumored specs to be standardized hardware and the dev kits rumored to have 16gb memory in them (i know dev kits have more power than retail hardware) but its an indicator that sony are definitely addressing tehe problems they had this gen The problem lies really that companies are scared to code on the PS3 ... the code is so funky and weird that one little mistake screws you over bad.
Anecdotal evidence. I've seen plenty of successful PS3 games.

The third official DLC for Skyrim, Dragonborn, has been released by Bethesda Softworks today. Dragonborn will allow players to craft new armor, travel to Solstheim, and fly dragons. Dragonborn is available for download for 1600 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE. PC and PS3 players will have to wait until "early next year" to get their hands on the DLC, despite the original announcement that only the first two Skyrim add-ons would be subject to an exclusivity period. The confident announcement that PS3 players will be getting the DLC is welcome news: "We’re also happy to announce Dragonborn will be available on PS3 and PC early next year." This does not suggest that Dawnguard or Hearthfire are on their way, though it at least points to Bethesda having found a solution to the problems that have so far prevented their release on the PS3. ---- PS3 hope, yay! PS3 hope, for one DLC lol.
Still need the rest to call it good. Yeah, I'm hoping since they supposedly have Dragonborn working on PS3 that the others will follow.
Would be nice, I'd ditch my 360 copy in a heartbeat for the PS3 one if all the DLC pops up.
I'm probably still going to buy it for 360. Like, it took them this long to get something working on PS3.. what's going to happen when they make something else?
My thoughts on Dragonborn right now are good, so far the general gampeplay and exploration is what I had my hopes up for, the random things they added into it make me a happy person.
Xbox having a sale on Oblivion & Skyrim content on the 31st of December. That's when I ill be buying them all. Didn't really rate the game enough to pay full price for them.
The god damn Keaton Mask, how I loath thee.
Stylish though! |
