I think the story goes that they became blind after moving underground. The falmer language comes from before they were forced out of their homeland.

Any of the mechanical mobs in the dwarf ruins can drop soul stones.
How many more times am I gonna press R on my chest in Breezehome...
Yeah I don't like when they drop and beg...
As for soulstones, I only keep the regular ones for mass enchanting for skillups. The Black Star is all I need for keeping my Blade of Woe charged. If you're wanting for the former, just raid all of the dwarven ruins you can find. You'll get lots of prefilled grands and multiple stones from each robo mob.

I was able to glitch remove the briar hearts while crafting, but when I go to the spot to get a new one it still doesn't trigger complete.

Under my magic > active effects i have something called reduced weapon skills rockjoint. which makes me 25% less with melee weapons.
How did i get this? im trying to figure it out as we speak just noticed it.

Edit:
The house of the dead is also a shrine aswell, yes.(grants +25 health)
The temple next to that is one aswell(grants +25 stamina)

Yep, this is the one that had it hung up!
So I was looking into this whole improved blacksmithing and it seems to me that you can craft up whatever armor you want at a lower level and then later on pop a potion and stack the gear to improve it further later on. When I popped a potion just now some of my legendary stuff was able to be upgraded further (still legendary but more DMG/value).
Ohmigosh Karliah is such a sweetheart...
I'm torn. Do I either finish the main story line with my below par gear.
Or do the Thieves Guild quest line for Nightingale Armour/Do quest thing for Daedra set. :c

I'm working on Nightingale on my new ranger right now just so I can look badass the rest of the game. Level 26 and haven't even climbed the mountain to meet the greybeards yet.

Just so everyone knows, if you have 2 weapons with different custom names and store them then they will overwrite one of them.
