Login Issues

Hi guys n girls,

Just logged into ffxi and was in sandy then warped to whitegate via the npc but while zoning it just says downloading data in the bottom right corner for about 5 minutes before giving me error code FFXI-3001, i've tried logging back in nearly 10 times now but still no luck :( any ideas why this might be?
