lol wtfever I gave away all my ps2s in 2006 as charity cases to less fortunate families and it's now 2011. My PS3's replaced my ps2's, this game can be played on old *** PCs or laptops people should go ahead and retire their 10 year old systems.

play on a BC ps3, play on an xbox360, use a controller on PC (what I do)
I prefer console to PC gaming as well, the only game I play on PC (since basically Unreal Tournament or Duke Nuke'Em 3D back in the day) is FFXI and I use either a PS2 controller, a PS3 controller or my new super cheap logitech controller.
i'm jus sayin' man... you'll be so much happier on PC with a controller, you can even hook it up to your TV if you want to play on your couch

1. Buying a cheap PC or using the old PCs I have at the moment thanks to eccinomic issues = bad claiming ability, lots of lag. 360 = lag spikes all day. Don't have a PS3 for lack of interesting titles to me. PS2 = low lag, great claiming abilities, and, oh yeah, tv next to tv for 2 accounts goin simo ftw. Stop running your mouth against us who ENJOY the ps2 for ffxi.

Oddly enough, this statement has some validity to it. We have a PS2 user and someone we KNOW who bots, and on many occasions, the PS2 user gets claim. Funny thing, they are brothers in the same room.
