If Lunar follows the trend that Celerity did(i.e. 1 buyable, 1 questable, and 1 drop from NM) then we can expect the last Lunar Abyssite to drop from an NM.
Celerity 1: Drop from a mob family(tonberries).
Celerity 2: Questable
Celerity 3: Buyable in third expansion.
Lunar 1: Questable after killing zone boss.
Lunar 2: Buyable in second expansion.
Lunar 3: ??? Probably a drop from an NM or mob family.

All cast and recast timers on that source you found are quadrupled. Divide by four and you see the actual cast/recasts.

Yeah, Occultation is the same cast time as Utsu:Ni, with a shorter recast that Utsu:Ichi. This makes me wonder how many shadows it will provide. (I'm guessing 3-5 Utsusemi type shadows aka 100% proc)
