If you're working out, the whole point of sleeping is the "regeneration" process of your muscles healing so you can once again rip them.
This can only be accomplished, how? sleep.
If he's actually eating more, doing this 30min work out plan or w/e and showing little-to-no results, he's not sleeping/resting enough. Or not changing up his exercise, which a lot of people tend to do.

Makes me realise, that most girl thinks it's easy to be a guy.Shave put some pants/shirt on and go out.
Doing what you guys does, is alot more harder then pass 1h everymorning to put make up on and all that useless crap us girl put on~

Oh no! I'm a total nutjob for not recognizing that. Cowboy Bebop is one of the only two animes I've seen that I liked. And the only anime I own the whole series of! /facepalm. Thanks Raenil!
