There's BB code icons in the reply box now too, actually. There's an icon for links and images, and will ask you for the link in a message. That, or you can just do CTRL + P, like Tiger mentioned.

Just do some exercise in the mornings or when you get the chance. That way you can afford to eat all the sweets you want.

You should eat before you work out. My mom is a fitness trainer. She always eats right before she goes tot the gym as do I. Not sweets though! xD

Well it's not good to go exercise with an empty stomach, likewise, it's not good to go exercise with a full stomach.

Definitely. Although sweets/candy/snacks whatever, never really seemed to affect me. Therefore, I never really cared lol... but I'm not a fitness professional. I'm aware there's more healthy food one should focus on etc. but meh...
