Does Magical Accuracy effect things like the additional effect from Head Butt?

Or is it just Blue Magic Skill?

Well duh! Of course! How else do you explain that when you put on a giant thing of armor (ohi haubergeon) you suddenly can hit more accurately? I'd think it'd get in the way personally and be a little heavy~

magic acc goes to all magical spells, accuracy also affects physical blu spells as well, so u can use magic accuracy/accuracy on physical spells since it's magic, however magic attack bonus is only for magical blu spells, not physical blu magic,
