Hi im looking for a dynamis ls that does runs around 7pm est, i have done a few city runs in the past but no experience with icelands etc i dont yet have accesee to dreamlands due to crappy CoP lol

You could try talking to Mythical or Pinkadelic. They have a fairly new Dyna shell which runs around that time, I believe. I can't remember the name off-hand though. You could also try Nicholis's Carnage Dyna shell. I believe they run Sun/Wed around a bit later than 7pm EST.
