there is always a point to raiding, yes the gear will be replaced within the first three levels but the justic points you have kept will be used to buy the level 85 blues you can use for doing heroic dungeons

You can get more JP from just running Lich king heroics than doing raids.

but heroics are boring! at least icc has some difficulty

The only difficulty I really see with ICC is stupid people.

do HMs still fairly easy but can provide some glimps on how cata will be not much HM ulduar seems more of a glimps on how hard the regular dungeons will be in cata lol

i cant i must do stuff lol ive done and gotten 4 undyings while doing decidated few 10m which you get with 8 ppl xD then did a champion of ulduar lol now im trying to do glory of the ulduar raider 10 and 25m lol then do glory of the icecrown raider 10 and 25 o.o 4 free 310 mounts 2 drakes and hopfully 2 wyrms lol

is DK a good class? Can't make a toon with it yet but once I hit 55 i'm thinking of making a DK toon to mess around with.

am i alone in being the only person to not have played nor wanted to play WoW at any lvl.

I heard DK is overpowered in some situations, Initially when it first was released anyway.

No idea today sorry.

When DK first came out, they were extremely OP in Outlands, but they evened out as the level got higher. You could do instances with 5 DKs easily.

Haven't really read this thread at all since I've seen it. I wanted to give it a few days for any "WoW hate" drama to come and go.

I play on Illidan. Horde all the way (although..the new worgens look spiffy to my girly mind). I have an 80 Troll Hunter (Kalekka..what can i say, i find a name i like and i stick to it in ffxi, WoW, and ffxiv), I've just started an undead mage the other day to give it a whirl, and My husband has an 80 Belf Priest (Popeben)

Bah, none of the nice UI addons are working anymore :/ Was looking to get one that overhauled everything lol.

There are some nice ones I have found, but since the update none of them work :x

yeah, none of the spiffy UI addons are working at all right now. Not that I've found anyway. I've simply been using Carbonite and Auctioneer...that's really about all i use for the moment. BUT...I've stopped raiding until Cata comes out and I figure out how far i want to keep pushing my hunter. I'm kind of digging my mage right now, BUT..I'd rather be a troll than undead and i refuse to start a new troll until cata because of the desire to play through their new starting area.

and....and I want to betray the Horde and play a Worgen at release too. The furry girl in me must wants to be a werewolf

Yeah i've been itching to try that worgen lol.

I only have a few addons right now: x-perl, omen threat, gathere and DBM. Haven't really found many others I need right now.

I would say get level 80 on something other than DK first.

My first 80 was DK and I've forgotten about it. I know some people who love the class but I just hate it now. It's not fun to me.

I'm more of a mage person to start with.

Level really starts to pick up once you hit 60. The quests give tons more exp and chances are if you leave a class at 55 to play DK you'll not want to go back and level it up again. So like I said, wait until you already have an 80, unless you really want a DK.

A side note, almost everyone is going to talk down on you for your first 15ish levels as a DK. Seeing as how they start off as 55(and are 60ish by the time they leave their starting zone) most new people have no idea how to play them.

That leads to them having a bad rep, and you will be made fun of if you don't know what you're doing.

Am I the only one that wants to be a Goblin? I think I may end up race changing my Mage to Goblin =P
