Well it is Mumbai, highly populated area, but they will be sitting off the coast, i guess waiting for pirates to rob someone?

By all means, protect and serve as we must, but is that too much spent for the time he is there?

Not looking for a partisan fight just wondered if other leaders' security planned just as much if not more.

I think it's a bit different because india is not far from terrorism. There is a HUGE anti-american movement in india. If Obama was going to britain I don't think it would be the same.

Uhhh... thats roughly 12% of the entire US Navy... that was a report released by a press agency in India, from the same country who emphasized that this trip would cost $200 million a day, a figure that has no basis in reality, to make the US seem like a-holes most likely.
