Wiki hasn't been updated yet, wtf? The info has been there for a while now. Several quests and NMs in Abyssea - Vunkerl.

Not only has the info been out for awhile but the old everything you need to know about af3 thread on here has it on it. Well the quest for the seals anyways

I meant to type quest for the feet seals. Cause it has the nms but no quest. Forgot to type that didn't relize til later.

EDIT: That said lolwiki, hardly anybody helps maintain it now (plus new layout sucks etc) but the information is easily enough found here (*** stickies how do they work) or on most of the other forums.
