Maybe the french should be more worried about stopping their own airline strikes than trying to comment positively about a bill that had no voter support, and ultimately got veto'ed as it should have been.

Now you're just generalizing. They actually care a great deal about what occurs at home. It's probably why the voter turnout rate is 85% there.
