lots of ppl have a little pic, title, rank ect by there name when i post. how do i set that for myself?

When you're logged into FFXIAH, choose EDIT CHARS for your Registered Character. The picture is taken from the 'Avatar URL' field (this needs to be uploaded somewhere).

As for the title, rank etc, see question 4 here.
