Take away visible numbers; the value is supposed to only matter for its placement in the reported queue.

When the system was 1st added it was said being able to see it when you aren't a mod/admin was bad simply because some would obsess over it and others would try and use it for a real rating system rather than a reporting system and it was called "QQing".

(And that kind of star system had even been suggested in the sticky when Scragg talked about adding a rating system)

Here we are in yet another thread talking about the ratings and they don't even have any effect on a post. I can only imagine or I could look at that other site to see the annoying behavior of the rating and rated persons if the ratings actually filtered unreported posts.

Admins, take away their ratings, people obviously aren't responsible enough to resist trollin each other with it or to handle having numbers. The numbers watching them. With beady little eyes. Judging.
