I usually start sounding out the word in my head and then just sorta mumble the rest. It's only been on rare occasions that I've needed to say zone names.

I pronounce Zhayolm like Asylum without an A, and a Z sound instead of an S sound.

I pronounce dynamis the same way i would pronounce dynamic but with an s instead of a c.
