Connection Speed Slowga

Hi guys thought id ask this question cuz im stumped
i can log into the game fine but when im in i get really low S&R rates when im in a main city my connection is around S65 R300+
what i wanty to know is how can i boost this sending seems to be the main issue but both connections can dip ver low E.g S16 R18 >_>
is this a problem with the servers atm? or is my connection getting blocked somwhat i played ff11 for 6 years and never had a problem with lag. Halp! :p

I faced the same issue last night I thought it was my connection speed but my friend confirmed to me that her R30 S22.
